A while back I posted a video about how growing up “gifted” (in the sense of having a high IQ) has caused procrastination in a number of my clients. The video caught the attention of Rosemary Davies-Janes, who recognized that a lot of the business owners she consults with are also gifted, and—as counterintuitive as that may seem—it has caused them a lot of problems, too.
After comparing notes, Rosemary and I teamed up to put together a website specifically to help gifted business owners. Nothing to buy there, just some resources to help understand what issues growing up gifted can cause and some ways to manage the problems so you can make the most of your strengths.
