		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for sharing -- I can really relate to this after a really hectic week!  I am &quot;swimming in paperwork at home and work&quot; and feeling quite overwhelmed.  I have been working nonsensical hours and getting stressed in trying to do too many tasks....but I know that when you put it all in perspective and take a breath -- a nice walk, a movie night with kids, or something of a break really helps take off the pressure.....at least for awhile.  There&#039;s always tomorrow........and ice cream!  :)
